Yu Xingzhong is an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He previously served as Lecturer in law at Harvard Law School (September 1999 - December 1999), Senior Research Fellow at East Asian Legal Studies, Harvard Law School (1998 - 1999), Visiting Professor at Beijing University Department of Law (Spring 1998) and an Associate (Chinese Legal Specialist) with Baker & McKenzie Chicago Office (November 1995 - February 1998). He was also Visiting Scholar at Columbia Law School (1998 - 1990) and Visiting Fellow at Australian National University (1984 - 1986)
